Hsinchu County promotes private participation in the investment of high-efficiency waste thermal treatment facilities through a BOO (Build-Own-Operate) project, which includes civil engineering for incinerator construction, prefabrication and installation of steel structures, installation of equipment and electrical instruments, and welding quality inspection.
