Ho-Ping Power Plant is a private thermal power plant in the Republic of China. It is located in Heping Village, Xiulin Township, Hualien County, which is next to Heping Industrial Zone and Heping Industrial Zone at the estuary of Heping Creek. It is adjacent to the Heping Cement Professional Zone of Taiwan Cement Company. The operation and management of Ho-Ping Power Company, a joint venture established by Taiwan Cement Corporation and Hong Kong CLP International Co., Ltd., was established in 1999 and completed in 2002. The two units of Ho-Ping Power Plant will implement the annual repair plan every year. Our company mainly undertakes the renewal and welding supervision project of boiler furnace tube.

According to the engineering specifications provided by Hedian, we are responsible for reviewing the construction before construction, and the ITP (inspection test plan) or product provided by the contractor. Management procedures and other related documents and preliminary work coordination, perform various welding-related inspections during construction, and provide daily construction supervision reports and suggestions for improvement. After completion, provide a complete supervision report.
